Yup, when we’re not hitting up the music fest or the cool afterparties, the team is finding some R&R at this modern haven that is only 10 minutes from the energetic Downtown scene, 5 minutes from the tram ride<\/a>, and only 25 minutes from Joshua Tree. It’s got 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a cozy office space, and mountain views from the backyard. You will definitely be blown away\u2026like, literally. The home is close to the windmills so things could get windy outside, so be prepared. Inside, you’ll find bright pops of pinks, blues, and greens on the walls and furniture that will spark some creativity for content too. The playful, patterned wallpaper in every room is perfect for those IG impromptu photo ops, and we love that this rental is super affordable too…less than $500 a night.<\/p>\n

The Summit House<\/h2>\n

The Summit House<\/a> is as luxurious as you can possibly get in the city of Palm Desert. We’re talking $2,500 a night luxurious. But hey, if you got the cash then consider this sleek adobe white-walled retreat with mountain peaks on one end and the stunning Coachella valley on the other HOME. It comes with a resort style pool for that relaxing summer girls trip and makes an unbelievable backdrop to update the Insta page. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, full kitchen and a dining room that looks like it came straight from the pages of AD aka Architectural Digest. Outside, there is a Spanish boho style patio with a fire pit and string-lights. Oh yes, your followers are going to struggle resisting a slide into those DM’s.<\/p>\n

Mesa Ridge<\/h2>\n

Mesa Ridge<\/a> is a beautiful Mediterranean style villa right near downtown and a short walk from the botanical gardens. It actually sits on the old MGM studio lands and there is nothing short of Hollywood about this place. The price tag? $2,000 a night, but it’s worth every penny. This enchanted oasis has 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 2 dining room, and even a sauna. Outside, cool down in its blue lagoon-like pool and sip on cocktails or mocktails on its picturesque outdoor patio. It’s also minutes away from the best golf courses and resorts, so don’t forget your golf gear.  Although, we can’t imagine wanting to do anything else but soak in every ounce of this place. \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Hillside Oasis Retreat<\/h2>\n

The Hillside Oasis Retreat<\/a> is a modern gem perched atop the Cahuilla Hills on a private road just minutes from downtown Palm Springs. This home is tucked into the San Jacinto Mountains with hiking trails nearby. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and has that indoor outdoor feel with wall-to-wall windows. Go outside and you’ll find serene mountain views that will have you staring for hours. This home is a steal too. Only about $550 a night.<\/p>\n

Airy Estate<\/h2>\n

Glam meets cute at this retreat.<\/a> The airy style bungalow has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths plus one half bath. It can fit up to six guests and has plenty of outdoor things to do. Lounge in the hammock with a good book, take a dip in the pool, play corn hole or a round of ping-pong inside the game room. The option to relax on the outdoor couches is also on the table. This chic home is under $500 a night and it’s also minutes away from the heart of Palm Springs, which is a major plus.<\/p>\n

Each room has a unique twist and most of the home has been kept to its original design, including an iconic butterfly roof.
