When winter in LA means a leather jacket after dark, a true snow trip feels like a fantasy – which is exactly why we traded sunshine for snowfall and headed to Aspen. From February 12-15th, 2026, NYLON hosted its members-only residency at The Snow Lodge Aspen, blending music, fashion, and curated lifestyle programming into a four-day cultural escape. We stopped by Friday during the après event just as Kaytranada took over the decks and snowfall picked up outside, a moment that felt like the winter version of festival season: intimate, stylish, and slightly under-the-radar. WHAT The residency functioned as a multi-day takeover designed around access. Guests moved through brand activations, sampling moments, and social arrivals before reaching the dance floor. The alpine layout leaned into cozy luxury, igloos for food and drinks, fire pits for warming up, and a hot chocolate station that quickly became essential between sets. Music programming stretched across the weekend with performances spanning house, electronic, and open-format sounds, creating a rhythm that felt equal parts nightlife and destination escape. Hosted during New York Fashion Week, the private dinner spotlighted Carolina Herrera’s archival pieces from her Resort ’25 Collection and honored Karla Martínez de Salas, Head of Editorial Content at Vogue Mexico & Latin America. Threading Artistry & Activism Through Tribecca with Elina Chauvet

Suppose you were traipsing through Tribeca on a cautiously pleasant Wednesday evening that dared you to reject the mid-week slump and embrace the freedom of your night. Chances are you stumbled upon the opening reception of Mexican visual artist Elina Chauvet’s new body of work, “Corazón al Hilo”, or “Heart in Thread”, presented by MAD54 and Galeria 1204 just in time for Women’s History Month. Chauvet has been threading her needle and the color red through artistry and activism for over a decade. Her 2009 installation, “Zapatos Rojos”, meaning “Red Shoes,” gained international attention for its public denouncement of femicide. Chavet placed thirty-three pairs of red shoes, one in front of the other, down a major street in Juarez in honor of her sister and every woman who has been murdered because of their gender. Impactful is an understatement. Guests of Chauvet’s new exhibition, on display until March 29th, scaled the steep wooden steps to Tyler Loftis’ transformational studio space, expecting perhaps an intimate yet somewhat typical gallery showing. Modern Meets Vintage Flare: Selenee’s Spring Collection at LA Fashion Week

Los Angeles got its dose of contemporary runway presentations for LA Fashion Week and a few designers caught our eye. Look out spring, there’s a new color pallet in town and its shades redefine the season with Selenee’s debut collection. During the March 16th presentation at Hollywood’s exclusive member club Neue House, Selenee launched hued silhouettes of gray, black, red and plaid through a mirrored garden that transported us into a playful blend of modern and vintage flare with no stamp in time. Think: Modern “garden of eden” backdrop, meets medieval shapes, with contemporary structures. Modern suit designs, playful separates and romantic seemingly historical pieces hit Hollywood last Sunday night and we’re eager to follow along the journey. The Selenee Spring Collection debut at LA Fashion Week was a star-studded affair, attracting a chic crowd of fashion insiders, influencers, and industry luminaries.
